SHIPPING: We only currently support shipping to the contiguous 48 states. If you desire our goods to be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states, please contact us.
Orders ship by UPS or Common Freight Carriers, depending on the weight and size of the order. We reserve the right to utilize the services of other carriers to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of your order. Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you would like expedited shipping such as Next Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc. please call us at 1-800-686-4332 for shipping rates.
ORDERING: When submitting your order, please be accurate. For your protection, all address orders are verified to the best of our ability before processing. Orders which can not be verified or which are deemed false will not be processed. Sportsnsports.com reserves the right to refuse any order which do not meet standard order guidelines.
GUARANTEES/WARRANTIES: Most products carry an implied manufacturer's defect warranty. Questions about a product's warranty should be addressed to the manufacturer. Please keep in mind that normal wear and tear does not make an item defective. Most items should be returned to the manufacturer for their inspection and disposition. Should a customer have an issue with any product purchased from Sportsnsports.com, please e-mail us. We are here to help you, our loyal customers. RETURN/EXCHANGES: The products you order from us are important to you. Likewise, your satisfaction is important to us. Within 30 days of purchase you may return most unused items for a refund.
Within 30 days of purchase we will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging) merchandise, excluding custom printed garments, swim suits, under gear such as supporters & bras. Refunds for items purchased after 30 days will not be honored. Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item.
In order to return an item, the customer must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain an RA Number for exchanges e-mail us or call 440-998-4664 so that arrangements can be made for an exchange. Unless the exchange is necessary due to our error, customer will be responsible for return shipping and exchange costs. For a refund of qualified items purchased, e-mail us for the necessary RA Number. Items which are returned without an RA Number will be refused. Unless the return is due to our error, customer will be responsible for return shipping. Sportsnsports.com will not be responsible for any returned or exchanged item which is lost in transit.
Items returned must meet the 30 day limit. In addition, items must be returned in its new, unused condition. Items must not show any sign of wear or use. Items must also be returned in its original packaging along with any tags, manuals, attachments, etc. Shoes, for example, must be returned in its original carton.
Customers who return or exchange items due to our error will be reimbursed for the cost of ground shipment only.
