Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item will fall short of our customer's expectations .
For this reason, we are happy to issue a refund on merchandise returned in new condition within 60 days of the original purchase date as long as the return is accompanied by the original receipt. Your refund will be issued in the same manner of payment as which it was received. This means if you paid by credit card, then your refund will be issued to the same card used for your purchase.
Sports & Sports reserves the right to limit or decline returns that do not adhere to the following stipulations:
Returns must be received within 60 days of the original purchase date
Returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt issued at the time of purchase
Returned items must be in new condition and unused.

Online purchases may be returned/exchanged at either store location or via the mail.
Return shipping is paid for by the customer and the shipping portion of the original transaction is non-refundable
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Returned defective merchandise must be from normal wear as determined and approved by Sports & Sports personnel
Customized/personalized merchandise is not returnable, exchangable, or refundable

- Repackage items in original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories
- Bring the repackaged merchandise to the shipping service of your choice

- Your return will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items
Bat Return Addendum
Non-defective bats can be returned with a receipt provided the bat is in its original packaging. Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, our return policy is voided. Returns and exchanges for opened or used bats are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Standard manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. Per the manufacturer's discretion, the warranty may be found void if the bat is abused or altered in any way.
